Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returned products. We do allow for product exchanges if you are unhappy with the product you received.
All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of Akasha Superfoods.
If there’s an issue with your order, we will happily work with you to find a solution so please contact Akasha Superfoods within (7) days after receiving your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Redo package protection must be added to purchase in order to receive a refund/replacement if your product is damaged during transit. Akasha Superfoods is not responsible for damages during transit without package protection.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your product arrives spoiled, you may request a refund or replacement from customer service.

Returns are not accepted.
All subscriptions must be cancelled by customer or by contacting customer service prior to the order being placed. Once your monthly subscription order is placed, Akasha Superfoods can attempt to stop order from shipping, but is not held liable if unable.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
